Jei Jei Webster
Films & Series Coordinator
NaJei “Jei Jei” Webster is the Films and Series Campaign Coordinator at Represent Justice, where she supports impact campaigns that use storytelling to shift narratives and advance justice reform. A film director and advocate, her work sits at the intersection of media, re-entry, and systems change, with a focus on amplifying the voices of system-impacted people.
As a part of the 2025 Represent Justice Ambassador cohort, Jei Jei directed The Truth Behind the Mask, a documentary now streaming on Tubi that explores the realities of re-entry and the layered experiences of formerly incarcerated women. Her work has been used in community spaces, classrooms, and public forums to spark dialogue around healing, family reunification, and the structural barriers people face after incarceration.
Before joining Represent Justice, Jei Jei served as a Community Navigator with Illinois Prison Project, where she developed educational resources, trained formerly incarcerated people on personal storytelling and supported individuals and families navigating the legal system. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Change, continuing to build on her commitment to narrative change, advocacy, and community-driven solutions.
