Our Impact

Represent Justice uses stories of hope and redemption to increase public demand for a fair legal system and dignity for individuals affected by it — disproportionately people of color and the poor. Our work involves growing authentic narrative power by building an ecosystem of storytellers with the skills, tools, community connections, knowledge and resources needed to affect justice systems change through storytelling campaigns.

Since 2019, in partnership with a range of community-based organizations, movement leaders, activists, elected officials, athletes, celebrities, and artists, we have been working across the country to uplift stories and system-impacted storytellers with campaigns that reimagine justice, dignity for communities, and an end to extreme sentencing, leading to substantive cultural and structural change.

See the map below to view how Represent Justice is leveraging storytelling, through programs and activations, for national systems change.
