Kenneth Webb

Artist, storyteller, and community builder Kenneth W. Webb creates work that explores transformation, identity, and the collective healing of communities impacted by systemic injustice. His multidisciplinary practice moves across painting, sculpture, performance, movement, and socially engaged public art.

Webb’s artistic journey began after spending 16 years incarcerated. He emerged with a deep commitment to using art as a tool for dialogue, liberation, and connection. His practice is rooted in narrative—interweaving symbolism, cultural history, and personal testimony—while creating spaces for others to share their own stories.

His powerful projects, which include large-scale murals, conceptual installations, and collaborative performance pieces, have been exhibited in galleries and public spaces across Los Angeles. Webb has been featured in The New York Times and Contemporary Art Review Los Angeles. With his work, he challenges power, honors resilience, and envisions a future where justice and creativity are forever intertwined.
