Policy Analyst, Nolan Center for Justice
Patrick Plein is a Policy Analyst for the American Conservative Union Foundation’s Nolan Center for Justice working on communications, policy research, and grassroots advocacy strategy. Patrick has been leading ACUF’s ‘clean slate’ efforts, working to provide second chances to those with previous criminal history. Prior to joining ACUF, he worked in the House of Representatives for a member of the Pennsylvania delegation. He is a graduate of Villanova University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and minors in criminology and economics.
