Carla Fleisher

Screenings Director, REPRESENT JUSTICE

Carla Fleisher is Screenings Director for the Represent Justice Campaign. Prior to joining the team, she worked with the non-profit Peace is Loud on the impact campaign for the Netflix Original Knock Down the House. She has more than a decade of experience in film distribution and impact campaigns.

Previously, Carla served as a Senior Campaign Director at Film Sprout, a leading distribution and consulting firm specializing in the distribution of documentaries in community and campus settings. There she ran national screening tours for 20 films and multimedia projects, including The Hunting Ground (CNN), Trapped (PBS), Audrie & Daisy (Netflix), Newtown (PBS), Unrest (PBS), The Judge (PBS) and The Bleeding Edge (Netflix).

Carla was a founding staff member at Peace is Loud, a non-profit founded by Abigail Disney, and she has also worked as an independent impact producer. She is passionate about the power of film and community-building to inspire change.
